About Linda de Vine

A little about me: Linda de Vine has been a career professional specialising in real estate sales and marketing for around 50 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from more than 500 sales – worth a combined total of more than $200million. She is a licensed real estate agent under the REAA 2008 and is an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. It is Linda de Vine’s honesty, integrity and strong work ethic which have ensured her clients’ loyalty and repeat business over her decades-long career. Linda began her real estate career selling homes in the leafy Auckland suburb of Epsom. She then spent 18 years selling homes and sections at the seaside settlement of Omaha Beach just north of Auckland before moving to the North Shore of the city where she worked for Bayleys Real Estate. Following an adventurous period working on Super Yachts in the Mediterranean, Linda returned to the real estate industry in Canterbury. Throughout that time, Linda has sold a wide variety of properties – from rural land, residential sections and homes and coastal and waterfront dream homes, through to farms and businesses. Linda now applies that knowledge and experience to her own business with the support of Independent Agent and eXp New Zealand Limited. With a passionate interest in people, and speaking five languages, Linda loves to travel and meet people from all walks of life. It is this passion for people which drives Linda’s desire to ensure that all her vendors and purchasers are looked after – to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.
